This Red Strop Paste is a medium grit stropping paste. It is finer than the green paste and will give your razor a near mirror finish. It is great for bringing an edge that has just begun to dull back to sharpness. Follow the Red Paste with stropping on plain leather to finish the job or use the Black Paste in between the Red and the plain leather for the smoothest of transitions.

Stropping pastes are best used when your razor has just started to go dull, and just need a little touching up. Using them will help you maintain a shave ready razor longer without needing to get them honed.
